The contract provides a legal basis for us to store your personal data.<\/p><p>Personal data is stored for as long as you are employed and then for three (3) years after termination of employment or until the legal obligation to retain the data no longer applies. For example, there is an obligation to keep all information used for accounting purposes for at least seven (7) years under the Accounting Act.<\/p><p><strong>Former employee Cleaning lady<\/strong><br \/>As a former employee of St\u00e4dhj\u00e4lp, personal data in the form of name, address, social security number, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, position applied for, availability, salary history, account information, notes and summaries of interviews and submitted material including cover letter, CV, other qualifications, and education certificates were processed.<\/p><p>The personal data is processed in order to communicate and provide relevant information to the former employee after the contract and to comply with legal obligations.<\/p><p>The processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil our and your legitimate interest to be able to contact you after the contract. Legitimate interest together with legal requirements constitute a legal basis for us to store your personal data.<\/p><p>Personal data is stored for three (3) years after the end of the service or until the legal obligation to keep the data no longer applies.
