RUT deduction for cleaning services
When you book a cleaning service as a pensioner, you only have to pay 50% of the regular price. Why is that, you may ask. It's because in Sweden we have a tax reduction for household services that include cleaning. This means that you pay half of the cost while the government pays the rest. When you book cleaning at Hello Clean, we handle all the administration of the RUT deduction for you. So you don't have to think about how it works in practice, except that you can use a maximum of SEK 75,000 a year in RUT deductions. The prices you see for our various services on the website are presented including RUT deductions.

When you book a home cleaning service, we regularly deep clean your home. We'll clean from the ceiling down to the smallest crevice to ensure it's as clean and tidy as the day you moved in. How much does house cleaning cost in Stockholm?
With us, you can always expect favourable prices for your professional cleaning service. The price of your cleaning service depends on which cleaning service you want, how big your home is, how often you want cleaning and the day of the week you specify. Below you can see our starting prices for each cleaning service (incl. Rut deduction).

How does it work on the first cleaning?
When you book your home cleaning, you choose the desired interval, day and time for the cleaning. We follow a carefully prepared checklist, but you are welcome to inform us of any special requests for the home cleaning. If you have any questions before the cleaning, we will always contact you to make sure we interpreted your wishes correctly. You can also add information and requests in your expression of interest or contact our knowledgeable customer service.
Can I stay at home during home cleaning?
Of course you can, but it can also be good to know that you don't have to be.
Can I have the same person cleaning every time?
We always endeavour to offer you the same cleaner for regular cleaning, but unfortunately for one-off bookings we cannot guarantee that the same cleaner will come every time. Please talk to your contact person and we will help you find an arrangement that allows the same cleaner every time.
How long does the cleaning take for each cleaning session?

How does the RUT deduction work?
When you use household services, as a consumer you get a tax reduction of 50% of the total amount, which means you only pay half the price. We make the deduction directly at the time of purchase. To be able to make RUT and ROT deductions, you need to be over 18 years old.
