Hello Clean handles personal data in accordance with current legislation, which as of 25 May 2018 includes the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR. The policy aims to describe how personal data is collected, the purpose of the collection of personal data and what rights you have regarding our handling of your personal data. The policy is applicable in cases where you use our websites, tools and other services managed by Hello Clean.

Storage of personal data takes place during when the customer actively buys/subscribes to services, or as long as there is a legal obligation to save the information. For example, there is an obligation to save all information used for accounting and auditing purposes for at least seven (7) years according to the Accounting Act.

As a former customer, personal data has been processed in the form of name, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, payment information, need for service and contact history.

When applying for a job, personal data is processed in the form of name, address, social security number, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, position applied for, availability, notes and summaries of interviews and submitted material, which includes a cover letter, CV, other qualifications and educational certificates.
The personal data is processed in order to establish and maintain communication with the job applicant regarding the position in question.
The processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil our and your interest in managing the job application. The assessment that the handling of the job application is of legitimate interests which outweigh your interest in the protection of your privacy. Personal data is stored for three (3) years after the last contact or until the relevant position has been filled.
Current employee Cleaning assistant
As a current employee Städhjälp handles personal data in the form of name, address, social security number, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, position applied for, availability, salary history, account information, notes and summaries of interviews and submitted materials including cover letter, CV, other qualifications, and education certificates.
The personal data is processed in order to administer and fulfil the contract with the employee as employer and to maintain communication relevant to the position in question.
The processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil our and your interest in the performance and administration of your service and to provide relevant information related to the service. The contract provides a legal basis for us to store your personal data.
Personal data is stored for as long as you are employed and then for three (3) years after termination of employment or until the legal obligation to retain the data no longer applies. For example, there is an obligation to keep all information used for accounting purposes for at least seven (7) years under the Accounting Act.
Former employee Cleaning lady
As a former employee of Städhjälp, personal data in the form of name, address, social security number, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, position applied for, availability, salary history, account information, notes and summaries of interviews and submitted material including cover letter, CV, other qualifications, and education certificates were processed.
The personal data is processed in order to communicate and provide relevant information to the former employee after the contract and to comply with legal obligations.
The processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil our and your legitimate interest to be able to contact you after the contract. Legitimate interest together with legal requirements constitute a legal basis for us to store your personal data.
Personal data is stored for three (3) years after the end of the service or until the legal obligation to keep the data no longer applies. For example, there is an obligation to keep all information used for accounting purposes for at least seven (7) years under the Accounting Act.
Other purposes
Information recorded and processed as a customer and employee may also be subject to processing by Hello Clean and partners for the following purposes, in addition to those set out above:
- Maintain statistics, analyse and further investigate market needs.
- Test, develop and improve products, services and offers.
- Deliver relevant targeted communication, offers and services based on customer profile and study information, etc.
- Administration and systems development.

User tracking
We use Leadoo's user tracking to follow how our users move around our websites and combine this data with user information collected, for example, through chat interactions. Leadoo uses E-tag tracking which is different from cookie tracking. Direct marketing
What type is applied and how to desist
The use of direct marketing is mainly via e-mail, SMS, direct mail and targeted advertising. Personal data processed for the purpose of direct marketing is based on our legitimate interest in being able to offer services to people who are considered suitable to be offered new services based on their personal data. The assessment of being able to offer new services is based on legitimate interests which outweigh your interest in protecting your personal privacy. If you wish to refrain from being sent e-mails or text messages, you can cancel further mailings via a link or by replying to the message received. Further use of personal data
Personal data may be shared with other companies and organisations that process personal data on our behalf.
