How to prepare your home for cleaning
In order for us to carry out an efficient and smooth removal cleaning, you as a customer need to prepare your home as follows:
Empty the home completely - all furniture and loose items should be removed. We do not clean behind or under any remaining furniture.
Defrost and empty the freezer - the freezer must be switched off and defrosted in good time before cleaning.
Clean water traps - empty and clean the water traps under the sink and kitchen sink.
Pull out appliances - if you want us to clean behind the fridge, freezer, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer, you will need to pull them out yourself.
Clean blinds - if you want clean windows both inside and out.
Additional spaces - storage rooms, garages and balconies are not included in the standard cleaning service but can be booked as an add-on.
We need access to electricity and water in the home throughout the cleaning process.
Once the cleaning is done, simply move the appliances you pulled out back into place. By following these steps, you’ll ensure a smooth move-out cleaning without unnecessary delays.
