Whistleblowing

Hello Clean has a zero tolerance policy towards irregularities, discrimination, harassment and breaches of the law. Therefore, you can report concrete suspicions of possible misconduct via our whistleblowing function.

Reporting should relate to information that you have learnt in a work-related context and concern events of public interest. A wide range of people should be able to use the whistleblowing system and be protected from negative consequences and retaliation. For example, employees, trainees and consultants.

Here's what you can report

  • Financial crime or corruption, such as bribery, embezzlement, accounting offences, abuse of position or similar.
  • Breaches of law, for example of rules on environmental protection, food safety, product safety, consumer protection, public health, data protection and competition.
  • Serious shortcomings in the safety or working environment at the workplace.
  • Employees who feel unsafe with customers, or who have been subjected to harassment of any kind.

How do I report?

You can report by clicking on the link below, which will take you to a whistleblowing form. The form is produced by Hailey Hr and you will remain anonymous, but the case will be reviewed by our Human Resources Manager who, in consultation with the CEO, will decide on action/escalation to the company's Board of Directors.
