What is included in your house cleaning?
As the name suggests, it includes home cleaning - so the short answer is: Everything! When you as a customer have a home cleaning with Hello Clean, you can expect a sparkling clean home after every cleaning. Below you can see a more detailed cleaning list, but in addition to this you can add specific wishes for your particular home cleaning. What is included in home cleaning?
When you book a home cleaning service, we regularly deep clean your home. We'll clean from the ceiling down to the smallest crevice to ensure it's as clean and tidy as the day you moved in. How does it work the first time I book a home cleaning service?
When you book your home cleaning, you choose the desired interval, day and time for the cleaning. We follow a carefully prepared checklist, but you are welcome to inform us of any special requests for the home cleaning. If you have any questions before the cleaning, we will always contact you to make sure we interpreted your wishes correctly. You can also add information and requests in your expression of interest or contact our knowledgeable customer service.
How does it work with microfibre cloths?
After the initial cleaning, we will leave microfibre cloths with you. When the cleaner has finished cleaning, he/she will hang the rags on the edge of the bucket so that they dry properly and do not leave any odour. The bucket will be placed either in the bathroom or the laundry room. After each cleaning, wash the cloths separately at 60 degrees without fabric softener. You can then put the dry cloths in the cleaning bucket so that they can be used at the next cleaning session. If the cloths get worn out, we will automatically replace them for you so that you always have fresh microfibre cloths. You can also use the cloths privately between cleanings, but remember that they must be clean when the cleaner comes next time.
What do I need to have at home for a home cleaning?
To prepare your home for an effective home cleaning, there are some essential cleaning tools and products that you should have on hand. Here is a list of what you need:
- Vacuum cleaners (and vacuum cleaner bags)
- Two scouring buckets (preferably of varying sizes)
- Scouring sponge / kitchen sponge
- Extra rags
- Soap, scourers (e.g. Cif) and all-purpose cleaners (e.g. Ajax).
Can I stay at home during home cleaning?
Of course, we recommend that you spend some time at home during the first cleaning session to show your cleaner around and inform them if you have any special requests, if anything needs special care and if special cleaning products should be used for different purposes. Otherwise, you don't need to be at home (but you are welcome to be).
Can I have the same person cleaning every time?
We always endeavour to offer you the same cleaner for regular cleaning, but unfortunately for one-off bookings we cannot guarantee that the same cleaner will come every time. Please talk to your contact person and we will help you find an arrangement that allows the same cleaner every time.
How do I know how long a cleaning will take?
Enter the size of your property in our calculator and you will receive a recommendation on how long it will take to get your property spotless. The recommendation is based on our checklist designed to give you a spotless cleaning experience.
How does the RUT deduction for home cleaning work?
When you use household services, as a consumer you get a tax reduction of 50% of the total amount, which means you only pay half the price. We make the deduction directly at the time of purchase. To be able to make RUT and ROT deductions, you need to be over 18 years old.
