When you book home cleaning with Hello Clean, cleaning of all rooms and surfaces is always included. We usually (at the request of our customers) put a little extra focus on kitchens and bathrooms, where the dirt is the toughest.

How does it work the first time I book cleaning services?

When you book your first home cleaning (which is free of charge via our booking form), you will be asked to tell us about your accommodation, your expectations and how often you would like home cleaning. Once we have carried out our first cleaning, we will contact you to make sure you are happy. Then, together, we will look at an arrangement for continuous cleaning assistance that suits you and your wishes.

How long does each cleaning take?

We usually expect a cleaning to take between 2 and 4 hours per cleaning session, depending on how big your home is. Can I get the same cleaner every time?

For regular home cleaning (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), we always try to offer you the same cleaner.

Can I stay at home during home cleaning?

Of course you can stay at home during the cleaning! But it can also be good to know that you don't have to be.

Can you claim RUT deductions for cleaning services?

Yes, you can claim RUT deductions for cleaning services. RUT is an abbreviation of ’cleaning, maintenance and laundry’ and includes domestic services such as cleaning, gardening and snow shovelling.

How do RUT deductions work?

The RUT deduction means that you can get a tax reduction on 50% (you only pay half the price) for domestic services. Up to SEK 75,000. When you book home cleaning in Stockholm with Hello Clean, you do not have to think about the administrative aspects of RUT deductions. We solve that for you!
